What You Need:

  • 4 high-fiber GG crackers, pulverized into sprinkles (You can find these in the WTT Shop: Shop Here)

  • Egg whites of 4 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • Nonstick cooking spray

 

(Use the same recipe for waffles and pancakes - but cook waffles in an iron and pancakes in a skillet)

Let's Cook! 

  1. Pulverize GGs in a blender until they are fine. (Shop for GG's: Here)

  2. Add egg whites, sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon to blender and pulse until a batter forms.

  3. Spray pan or waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray.

  4. Pour mix into pan or waffle iron and cook until brown. This recipe should make 1-4 pancakes.
