"For what is loneliness?
It is not necessarily defined as the state of being alone, for there are innumerable people who are always surrounded by others, but still feel powerfully alone.
Loneliness is the state of disconnect with the self. If you are lonely, it means you don't know who you are. It means you don't have a healthy relationship with silence and solitude.
It means you have an opportunity to develop the self".
